We have released an updated version of MoveApps which has been rechristened to ManageApps (App 2 SD). It is now a complete app manager including the functionality to hide/disable bloatware apps to save resources, backup apps to the SD card for later installation.
There are three new interfaces to the app, each one performs a specific task allowing you to take complete control over your phone’s apps. You can batch move apps to the SD card, uninstall apps, backup apps as well as disable apps.
The app now consists of three interfaces:
- Manage Apps – This is the familiar interface from Move Apps allowing you to find and move apps that are movable. You also get the same functionality regarding notifications when you install a movable app.
- Disable Apps – You can now disable bloatware/pre-installed apps so that they don’t take up further resources by using system memory.
- Backup Apps – Save apps to the SD card or internal storage so that you can install them later on the same phone or any other phone without having to re-download them.
MoveApps has just become a lot better as ManageApps with additional functionality and the same ease-of-use.
